The Property Report offers detailed insights for properties with over 50 residents, covering population statistics, migration patterns, demographics, income levels, education, and a market analysis of the zip code. It also includes commute times, look-alike properties, and property comparisons.
Steps to Generate a Residential Property Report:
- Go to the search address bar, in the navigation menu, and type in the address of the property you wish to view a report on.
Understanding the Report
This report includes five tabs: Building, Top Migration Routes, Commutes, Market Comparison, and Property Comparisons, which you can toggle between in the top left corner of the page.

- Provides high-level building statistics for the most recent quarter, including a 3D rendering and the building's map location.

- Select 'Incoming' to view the top 10 zip codes from which individuals move when entering this property, or 'Outgoing' to view the top 10 zip codes to which individuals move when leaving this property.
- Further customize results by toggling between 'In-State' or 'Out-of-State,' and use the drop-down boxes to update dates and view migration data for a specific timeframe.

- Displays isochrones illustrating travel distances by car, bike, or walking in various time increments.

- Compare property statistics with a market report of the property's Zip code, showing population trends, metrics, inflows, outflows, and net migration counts.

- Choose to compare your property with other local properties, or click 'Select Your Properties' and type directly into the search bar to compare with additional properties.

Saving the Report
- To save a report, click the ‘Save Report’ option in the top right corner.
- This will open a side panel where you can add a title for the report and click ‘Save.’
- This report will then be visible on the main homepage under 'Saved Reports.'
