CENSAI is excited to announce the launch of two new features within the CENSAI application. 

- The Commercial Listings page is now available directly from the CENSAI homepage.
- Users can filter listings by: 
 - Geography
 - For Sale / For Rent
 - Property Types
 - Active / Inactive 
- Multifamily Commercial Listings are also displayed on the market reports 
 - Select 'See commercial listings for all property types' to view the complete map of all property types.

- Median rent prices are now displayed on Property Reports, broken down by unit type. 
- Rental Rates per square foot are also available on Market Reports at the CBSA, County, and Zip levels.
